Your new role

This is a full-time, permanent, HR Resourcing Advisor role working for a large organisation that falls into the public sector. Your day to day will include:

Providing a service for recruitment and rostering.
Processing contracts and paying amendments, including new starter forms, variations to contract, staff leavers.
Running routine reports for data quality and payroll processes.
Providing support to Managers and other staff members.
Supporting the general day to day usage of the rostering system.
Building strong working relationships with key stakeholders in the service.
Undertake and project work that is required.
Attend staff meetings regularly.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a Resourcing role is essential for you to be considered for this position.
Having a substantial amount of admin experience using databases and spreadsheets will mean that you fit the profile of this role.
Recruitment and rostering is need.
Flexibility and adaptability - able to work on own initiative and self-motivated.

What you'll get in return

Salary is anything between £14.97 - £18.40 per hour. You would be required to work a 37.5 hour week. Additional Benefits are also offered.
