HR Business Partner 12-month FTC

£60,000 basic salary plus Car Allowance and Benefits
Our client is a fast-paced business that has grown organically and through acquisition. The role of HR Business Partner is a pivotal role, for an ambitious individual to bring a forward-thinking approach to business partnering, which shapes and delivers the people plan for a specific business unit undergoing change. Supporting the HR Director, the HR Business Partner will facilitate organisational design within the business area, to ensure the business model further drives high performance during a period of growth, transformation and diversification and where customer expectations are exceeded.
As a member of the business unit leadership team, you will support the delivery of all elements of the strategic and operational HR agenda to drive a strong culture of engagement whilst leading on specific projects. Your role will primarily be a facilitator of change; effectively working in partnership with the Leadership team and Managers to develop their People skills in managing and developing high performing teams as well as developing reward, wellbeing and HR Shared Service solutions to support and enhance an evolving business. The ideal candidate ill have experience of M&A activity including TUPE.
To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced HR Business Partner and strong relationship builder, with experience of delivering key change processes across an organisation, ideally for a complex, multi-site unionised business. Commercially astute, with experience of delivery of a people and customer centric HR service, the successful incumbent will also be able to demonstrate success in managing the operational, hands on delivery of HR projects and talent management. The ability to build credibility quickly and contribute to the wider HR agenda will also be required. This role offers an ambitious, tenacious individual the next step in their HR career, supported by a HR Director.
