My client, a fantastic Social Care Charity is now urgently seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join them on an initial 6 month basis. We are ideally seeking candidates who can be available to start immediately or within a short notice period.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional to act as a key HR contact for operational matters, providing advice on all aspects of HR including resourcing, change management, health and wellbeing and employee relations. As HR Manager you will also be responsible for line managing two HR officers 

To be considered you will ideally possess previous experience as an HR professional within the care and/or health sector and will also require the following knowledge, experience and skills:

• Strong working knowledge of employment law

Proven experience of providing advice and guidance to managers on the following:

  • Employee relations including management of consultations and formal procedures
  • Recruitment and induction
  • Performance management
  • Reward and contract management
  • Sourcing, co-ordinating, facilitating and recording training
  • Knowledge and experience of HR information systems and training databases
  • Experience of updating HR policies
  • Experience of supervising and managing staff
  • Good working knowledge of CQC Legislation
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation relating to healthcare.

Please note that this role will be based on-site at the organisations Covid-safe offices in South East London.
