As a People Partner in this permanent role, you will be expected to work independently and in conjunction with other members of the HR team in providing professional, expert advice and support to line managers and members of staff on issues.

You will be working with line managers in devising and driving forward effective HR solutions which support improved organisational effectiveness and T provide high quality HR advice and support, to underpin effective HR management and ensuring a positive staff experience.

This role also manages a varied caseload incorporating investigations, disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence management.
