This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional, high profile and well respected team.   You will provide HR advice, guidance and support to head teachers, governors and other managers within schools and also within School Improvement Liverpool.  Along with employee relations advice, the successful applicant will be required to interpret and offer appropriate advice relating to employment law, terms and conditions of service and relevant school HR policies and procedures.

The role holder will provide dedicated advice and support on a wide range of HR matters to a set portfolio of schools, taking full ownership of, and responsibility for, building and maintaining strong working relationships with senior leaders.

Ideal candidates will be CIPD qualified with excellent experience of advising on all aspects of employee relations issues.  A background working within an education environment would be preferred, along with a proven track record building and maintaining credible relationships with managers at all levels.
