HR Manager

Based at Altrincham Grammar School for Girls in Bowdon and Acre Hall Primary School in Flixton. 

The full time equivalent pay commences at £44,863 rising to £46,845 pa.  The actual pay based on a working pattern of term time plus 4 weeks commences at £41,376 rising to £43,204, pa.

This exciting new role has arisen due to the growth of Bright Futures Educational Trust.  Bright Futures now comprises of twelve richly diverse schools in the North West, along with a Development network and a central team.  Reporting to the Director of HR & Strategy, this role will bring additional expertise to the HR team which provides support to our schools and will led on strategic HR priorities across the Trust.

The successful candidate will be Level 5 CIPD qualified and have several years’ experience as a HR generalist including employee relations, case work, recruitment, reward and employee engagement.
