Your new role
This will be a fast paced 360-degree internal recruitment role. Reporting to the Team Leader and part of a team of four, you will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders to understand their vacancy requirements. Day to day responsibilities will include sourcing and screening suitable candidates, arranging interviews, writing job adverts/descriptions, providing feedback, and ensuring all related administration is accurate. It will be important to maintain relationships with all candidates in process and to deliver an outstanding customer service. You will also be required to co-ordinate trackers, reporting and MI relating to recruitment, PSL and leaver analysis across the business. There will also be the opportunity to be involved in open days, assessment centres and recruitment advertising campaigns. To support the recruitment strateg, your role will also include engaging with and managing relationships within online resources, colleges, universities, and other external partners when required such as job centre, back to work providers and marketing agencies.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have some recruitment and/or HR administration experience. You will have sound understanding of equal opportunities and diversity, can navigate around HR databases and comfortably use Microsoft applications. Good knowledge of Immigration Rules and associated legislation will also be useful.

You will have excellent interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills. With noteworthy communication skills, you will also be able to form relationships with ease and to gain respect and confidence from your stakeholders. Excellent attention to detail and effective organisation skills will also be key requirements.
