As a result of growth, they are needing someone to support their talent Acquisition support function on a temporary basis. Your new role
Due to an exciting period of growth and organisational change my client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible in providing an efficient and cost-effective recruitment service to the business. Responsibilities within this role include but are not limited to onboarding, conducting inductions, right to work checks, creating job advertisements, pre-employment checks while supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager in day-to-day administration. The successful candidate must have the ability to multi-task effortlessly, can prioritise their workload and be a confident communicator to stakeholders of all levels across the business. You will be joining a friendly and collaborative team with a real people focused culture during an exciting time of growth.
