Your new company
Is growing and expanding their HR function with this newly created HR Business Partner position to be part of the HR function supporting the Senior people partner. Within this newly created role you will support the strategic partnering service to all areas of the organisation and taking the lead on driving the people agenda; Well-being, culture and performance.
Your new role
In your newly created role you will be a key player within the HR team, supporting the senior people partner and other senior business leaders within the organisation to help implement supportive people solutions and delivering on strategic objectives.
You will also be involved in the following;
* Manage multiple complex cases, dealing and managing people related matters
* Delivering and driving the well-being and people agenda across the organisation
* Supporting in the delivery of organisational change and transformation projects; TUPE or Restructures
* Reviewing people analytics and development of people
* Support the leadership team with improvement plans and delivering on key projects
* Support in the delivery of well-being and DE&I plans
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful within this position you will be CIPD qualified (L.5 or L.7) and have strong employment law knowledge. You will have successful delivered on change projects and demonstrate the ability to deal with multiple ER case to help with the Senior Partner workload while working closely to drive and implement the people agenda plans.
