We’re looking for a talented HR professional to bring their transferrable skills to this senior Practice Manger role. Leading a team a team of 60 people, you’ll be CIPD qualified to Level 7 to guide the business in people, operations and financial management.
This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished and highly motivated people manager to bring their strategic vision to the heart of the NHS, your skills will support the delivering of services to 25,000 patients across three surgeries.
With an overall headcount of 60 employees, this role will be responsible for and have direct line management for all. You’ll sit on the Executive Team and be supported by an established and excellent administrative and clinical team, with 11 partners. We’re recruiting this role after the current Practice Manager is retiring after 23 years; ours is a practice of low turnover and a real employee community delivering core NHS services.
