Interim HR Project Manager – Full or part time - £35/40k FTE – Newark/WFH

Reporting into the HR Director, this is an excellent temporary opportunity for 6-12 months to provide HR Project support as well as supporting them with a variety of HR related tasks.

There is flexibility for the role to be either full or part time to suit the individual.

Key skills and experience include:

3 years‘ plus experience within a generalist HR Manager role

Experience of working on HR projects from concept to delivery

Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice

Excellent project leadership, management and facilitation skills

Confident in influencing, negotiating, facilitating, consulting and advisory skills

Proven team player with the ability to work on own initiative

Excellent computer literacy skills – Microsoft Office and HR database
