Key requirements of the role
* Experience of developing and managing service standards related to people operations, or equivalent.
* Experience of managing and leading a people operations team or equivalent, developing members of the team to reach their full potential.
* Ability to lead and manage work to develop, implement and fully embed systems and processes related to staff and volunteer involvement.
* Proven ability to analyse and utilise MI and data insights to influence organisational thinking and inform strategic direction.
* An awareness and appreciation of the differences between staff and volunteer support and a willingness and ability to integrate where appropriate and retain distinction where necessary.
