In this role as interim HR Advisor, working for a professional organisation and working closely with a Senior People Partner in the education sector, you will proactively provide professional HR advice, support and guidance to managers and staff across all employee relations issues, including all aspects of HR policy and procedures and current employment law.
You will have excellent relationship building skills to work with managers and key contacts to understand and advise on people management issues.
Your ER experience will include grievance and disciplinary cases, performance management, absence management, job evaluation, contracts and other general HR queries.
You must be able to coach and support line managers to build confidence and capability in handling people issues.
