Your new role
The organisation are looking for an experience Talent & Learning Manager to continue the management and development of their learning and talent management service to the broader organisation. Key responsibilities include:

* Management of the learning & talent team
* Lead on improving the use of their current LMS, maximising reporting capabilities
* Build on the organisations current apprenticeships/traineeship/graduate opportunities
* Management of the appraisal and performance improvement process

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the position, you will need:

* A background in talent and learning within the public sector
* Team management experience
* Be confident in proposing and delivering strategies that align with business objectives
* Learning Management System experience, be comfortable analysing on reporting with data
