Our client, based in Crawley, is a top 10 accountancy practice, who is looking for a HR Systems Manager to join their HR team for a 12 month FTC.
Your new role
Reporting into the Director of Employee Experience, you will play a full role in the development and delivery of the companies people strategy. You will be responsible for HR systems and the HR and Development Intranet site. The People Analytics and Systems Manager will ensure operational effectiveness, including data integrity, maintenance and enhancements, build and adaptability of functionality, change and systems development, user experience, process infrastructure, centralised reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you will need in depth knowledge and experience of people analytics and HR systems deliver, both maintenance and development, an effective Manager with a proven track record of leading a system team to deliver business focused HR solutions. You must also have strong analytical and modelling skills and experience in the application of people analytics to inform both HR and business decision support.
You must also be available to start immediately and travel to Crawley at least once a week.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £75,000 plus flexible benefits.
