Your new company
A growing and highly successful service provider, part of a global business, is recruiting to a brand new HR Adviser job due to expansion and winning a new lucrative contract. HR Adviser job is to be based mainly from their Leeds office.

Your new role
Supporting a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be involved in a true generalist role, managing your own ER caseload, working on various HR projects, all recruitment activities, policy updating and creation/development, workforce development and OD. It is a busy and varied operational HR Advisor role in a business that is growing rapidly, and offers exposure to lots of change!

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for someone who has a good grounding in operational HR advisory work - who has experience of managing a range of employee relations cases from start to finish, perhaps having worked in a stand alone role before therefore used to working autonomously across all day to day HR activities. A CIPD level 5 qualification would be ideal, and up to date knowledge of UK employment law is essential.

It is a 40 hour working week and this post requires someone who is able to be flexible with their hours to suit the changing nature of their business.
