About the role

Our client are currently seeking an Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement Manager to help them build a culture that celebrates difference and removes the barriers that can prevent everyone from being able to get involved.

 

Your key requirements for this role include:

  • Promote a diverse and inclusive culture, celebrate their differences, and empower their people. 
  • Drive the delivery of their ED&I strategy and their wellbeing programme.
  • Work with senior colleagues to initiate and create long term value, going beyond the legislative and compliance requirements to create an environment where difference is embraced, and individuals can flourish.
  • Lead on developing and delivering employee wellbeing initiatives which will ensure they maintain a positive working environment where individuals can thrive.

 

About you

The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Significant experience working to support equality and diversity.
  • Have a strong personal commitment to promoting Equality, Diversity & Inclusion best practice
  • As a strong influencer, you’ll be able to build credible relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Hold great analytical and investigative skills, including logical reasoning and problem solving
  • Have the ability to write reports including effective evaluation of data to meaningful management information, along with good presentation skills.
