Your new company
Large and prestigious, multi national professional services organisation are seeking to appoint an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their large talent team and support the UK operation through a period of transformation and change on a 12 month FTC


Your new role
As a committed and experienced TA Partner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies for your recruitment portfolio covering the full recruitment process to ensure the business acquire the best talent aligned to future ambition and cement the organisation as an Employer of Choice. You'll be expected to work in very close partnership with other members of the TA and HR team as well as your hiring managers, to build and manage a diverse talent pool of candidates and ensure TA requirements across your portfolio are delivered.
The main function of your role will be to deliver an effective, efficient TA service to the business including attraction, selection and assessment methodologies aligned to the KPI's and budgets - your responsibilities will include:


* Building up solid market knowledge through internal and external networks for effective market mapping and an understanding of competitors
* Data analysis and insights to develop strategic workforce planning
* Effective use of attraction strategies to build a diverse, quality talent pool
* Manage small projects utilising change methodologies to embed the desired behaviours and cultures within the TA HR and wider business teams
* Deliver related research and feedback for continuous improvement aligned to change strategy
* Ensure a consistent, high quality candidate experience throughout the full recruitment cycle
* Provide coaching guidance and effective support for line manager through the selection & recruitment process
* Challenge and effectively manage stakeholders aligned to the ED&I and change strategy

* Proven experience within an in-house recruitment role
* Strong Stakeholder Management & Influencing Skills
* Analytical Data Driven Approach
* Data & Insight experience desirable
* Excellent organisational and ability to balance your workload
* Commercial Awareness
* Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
* Passionate about deliver excellent candidate experience
* Collaborative and team focused approach
