Reward Analyst

Kingswood Group are delighted to be working with our client, a large international professional services firm, who are looking to recruit an experienced Reward Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing team where you will provide high quality, professional and specialist data analysis on a wide range of reward matters.

Responsibilities to include:

• Work closely with the HR Team and Senior Leaders in providing data and analytics, to influence and guide decisions
• Deliver ad-hoc reward projects throughout the year, including research and analysis together with the development of recommendations
• Completion of reward analysis and cost modelling
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the key relevant compliance and guidance information relating to reward issues

This role is ideal for someone who has some Reward experience and would like to further develop their knowledge in this field. Candidates will need strong analytical skills, advanced Excel skills and the ability to work collaboratively. This role can be based in multiple locations across the UK and offers flexible/remote working.
