An organisation in London is recruiting a HR Assistant on a part time basis to support a busy HR team. The role is on a permanent basis to help deliver the departments objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a first point of contact within the HR function,
  • Carry out the administration of HR processes for staff
  • Coordinate and administer the guidance for all employment life cycle tasks.
  • Provide generalist HR support to the wider HR team, offering advice and information to staff where necessary.
  • Using own knowledge of HR to respond to queries and escalating up to managers where necessary.

  • Experience of providing administrative HR support to a busy HR team.
