Head of Recruitment / Resourcing - HOME BASED - with travel to head office at Lincoln/Newark area AND REGIONAL/ site travel - £50000 to £55000 DOE - plus bens

Your new company
This is a multi-site organisation with 1st class core values who are going through an exciting period of change. They have several sites in the UK - a large number in the Lincolnshire/Nottinghamshire and surrounding regions and also the south. This organisation are looking to further develop their applicant and cultural offering with the addition of a Head of Resourcing to improve and modernise the offering.

Your new role
This is a BRAND NEW role to the organisation; where you will be responsible for the full range of talent acquisition across the Group.

Reporting to the HR Director, your role will be three-fold

1 - leading the Recruitment and Compliance teams on a day-to-day basis, the systems, the processes, and results of the department
2 - Management and Leadership recruitment responsibility. Networking in this niche area to engage with a relevant and potential management level (and above) talent pool. Identifying how to "sell" the organization as an employer of choice to senior level talent.
3 - Modernisation of the recruitment methods - reviewing the job descriptions, advertisements, recruitment/application material, onboarding packs etc - to ensure they appeal and engage with the talent pool/job seekers. Also improve and enhance their social media platform - not just for recruitment purposes - but to aid the recruitment drives now and in the future by working with the marketing/social media team to ensure messages and a "presence" are in the market.

This is a really exciting opportunity to shape and influence an organisation's results through its attraction methods, recruitment processes and marketing/engagement.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have a solid background in Recruitment/Resourcing leadership/management.
Be able to show a proven track record in the improvement of a recruitment/engagement/talent attraction offering
Have management and leadership skills and qualities.
Ideally come from a socially responsible work background such as social care, health or education to understand the nuances and challenges of the sector in this current market.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary in line with your qualifications (circa £50000 to £55000) and a benefits package that includes more than standard holiday entitlement.
This is a HOME BASED role - but site wide travel and some travel to the HQ in the Newark/Lincoln area is required (where your team are based) What you need to do now
