HR Advisor / Manager

A standalone HR Advisor / Manager to join a growing SME with an exciting 5 year plan, based in Lymington.

My exclusive client are an SME within the field of communications and infrastructure, operating many sites across the UK and in Europe.

Your new role

This is a brand new role as the business look to bring an experienced HR generalist in and expand over the next 3-5 years, with an exciting 5 year plan to double in size.

This is a true generalist role that will include HR administration, recruitment and on-boarding (and leavers), ER case work, L&D / training (inductions / coaching managers etc). This is a standalone, permanent position with the possibility of flexible working: 3+ days in the office and 1-2 days working from home.

Working hours: 40 hours / week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (inc 1 hour lunch)

What you'll need to succeed

This varied opportunity will suit an experienced HR generalist who has 2-3 years+ in a HR role / function, ideally in a standalone position, or someone who is willing to 'roll up their sleeves' as required.

You must be CIPD Level 5 qualified (Diploma or Certificate) or above, with a good knowledge of employment law and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of business. You must also have good experience of ER case work and be comfortable communicating with teams in other countries (from Lymington).

What you'll get in return

You will receive a market-led salary between £32,000-£40,000 (DOE), holiday + BH's, pension matched to 5%, life insurance and free parking.
