Recruitment Specialist

Your new company
Our not-for-profit client, based in Reigate, are recruiting for a Recruitment Specialist to join their Head Office team.

Your new role
As a Recruitment Specialist you will play a pivotal part in support the growth of the organisation. You will be responsible, but not limited to the following:

* Liaise with the business services to understand their current/future recruitment needs
* Offer expert advice to hiring managers
* Conduct first stage interviews
* Ensure all compliance is conducted
* Record all recruitment administration
* Report key recruitment metrics to the executive management team

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must have recent inhouse/agency recruitment experience, experienced in the care industry, be proactive and a great listener. You must be available to start immediately (by the end of June.)

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of up to £28,000 per year, 24 days holiday, hybrid working with full induction training as well as ongoing learning and development
