People & Culture Business Partner role with a London-based non-profit organisation

Your new role
A key member of the People & Culture team, the People & Culture Business Partner will be responsible for:

* Work with the broader team to attract, manage and develop talent
* Monitor, review and report on employee engagement
* Management of a robust performance review system
* Train and develop a diverse management team
* Line management of 1 HR Advisor

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position, you will need:

* Experience working in a complex environment
* Strong Employee Relations experience, including expert knowledge on employee legislation, and conflict, change, and absence management
* Exceptional reporting skills, demonstrating experience producing reports on absence, sickness, turnover for presentation at board level
* Team management experience
