Senior Manager – HR Delivery and Intelligence

We have reshaped our HR team and have an exciting opportunity in a newly developed role.

As we launch our new People Strategy, we are looking for a customer focused HR professional to lead the delivery of effective high quality HR services.  We want to develop our use of HR data insights to ensure decision making is data-driven and our services continuously improve and align with our strategy.

With responsibility for HR Business Partnering, HR services to schools, Employee Relations and Workforce Intelligence you will be curious and outward-looking with a background in delivering excellent HR services in a large complex organisation.

Working to the Head of HR, Organisation Development and Inclusion, we are looking for a collaborative team player and proven manager who is experienced in developing and using HR data insights and developing teams and individuals to improve service delivery, efficiency and effectiveness.

We are looking for someone who brings experience of:

• Horizon-scanning, strategic thinking and planning effectively for future service delivery
• Introducing change and challenge when necessary 
• Strategic HR Business Partnering and advising senior leaders
• Using/creating HR data insights to inform decision making
• Dealing with complex ER issues and building effective relationships with Trade Unions
• Managing and developing professional teams to deliver in line with strategic aims
