Your new company
A government organisation in London are seeking an HR Officer to join the team on a 12 month FTC. There will be hybrid working options and a flexi-working scheme.

Your new role
This is a generalist HR role with a key focus on Learning & Development activities, reporting into an HR Manager and working alongside 2 other HR Officers. You will be involved in the full employee life-cycle, from recruitment and onboarding, through to employee relations advice and providing support to the learning and development function.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a CIPD qualified (or studying towards) HR professional, with experience across the generalist HR remit and ideally with an interest/experience in learning and development coordination. You will be a proactive and flexible individual, happy to adapt to changing priorities and act as a real team player. It will also be helpful if you have experience using HR Systems.
