Your new role
The Interim HR Director - Global Projects will report to the Chief People Officer and will join the business on a 3-6 month FTC to support the rightsizing of the business following growth and acquisition globally. Working with the in country HR teams, you will be responsible for ensuring the redundancy consultations are carried out within the project timeframe as well as managing restructuring, integration and harmonisation activities. You will manage Job Grading, policy harmonisation and salary and benefits harmonisation.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have led Global HR Projects level and will have experience of supporting client groups globally where you will have operated across many time zones. You will have managed both individual and collective redundancy consultation and will have experience of harmonisation and integration of salaries and benefits. You will have experience of job grading and you will be happy working in a flat structure where you will roll up your sleeves and get involved with any operational HR duties as required. You will be quick to influence and engage at a senior level and will be comfortable partnering with Country and Regional Managers. It is essential that you can start a new role in June 2021 and commit to a 3-6 month FTC. The majority of the role will be based remotely from home but you will be required in the office as required. Your CV will detail gravitas where you have both initiated and then led projects around job grading and harmonisation of terms and policy.
