This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HRBP to join Charities Aid Foundation (CAF), one of Europe’s largest charities which help people and businesses support the causes they care about and IiP accredited Silver.

This is a truly exciting time at CAF, we are experiencing change as we embark on our new strategy, shaping our people agenda and growing both our capabilities and our international footprint.

Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will be a key part of the HR Operations Team and work closely with the HRBP’s and wider People Team in supporting the delivery of the People strategy and development of our workplace culture.

You will build trusted relationships with managers and the leadership community to provide strategic and day-to-day leadership and drive the effective delivery of the organisation’s strategy and more specifically the People Strategy.

The key purpose of this role is to provide pro-active, expert specialist HR business partner services to leaders, managers and employees across the entire employee lifecycle and to deliver effective support in the key areas of Attraction, Resourcing and Retention; HR Operations; Reward and Recognition; and Learning and Development.
