HR Operations Manager

Our client is a rapidly growing commercial organisation based in Farnborough, Hampshire.

You will be joining a successful business with ambitious growth plans and this is a great opportunity to help grow and shape the HR offering to the business. This position is largely HR generalist, with a focus on the solid provision of operational HR, business focused HR advice and activities

This role will provide leadership and management to the HR Operations Team and therefore ensure a high quality, customer-focussed HR provision to the organisation

This role will support the roll out of the new HR system and work with external consultants to ensure this process is seamless within the organisation. Own the HR System and ensure that it is fully and efficiently utilised

It will be the focal point for managers on complex employee relations matters (sickness absence, disciplinary, grievance, performance management, probation) with due consideration to legislation, good practice, precedent, company policy, values and risk.

Troubleshoot problems escalated via a HR Advisor and bring to an appropriate resolution.
Develop, implement and monitor effective employee relations processes within the team, ensuring standards are maintained and quality and expediency are balanced.
Work in partnership with other key HR teams including recruitment
Work closely with the payroll team to ensure an accurate, timely and responsive payroll service through monitoring KPIs's and working together to resolve any issues

The candidate
CIPD or equivalent qualification/experience
Demonstrable HR generalist experience
Team management experience
A completer finisher mindset, a passion for making things work and strong attention to detail
Demonstrable collaboration and influencing skills and ability to work under pressure

What you'll get in return
Salary £50,000 - £60,000 plus excellent benefits
