HR Advisor

HR Advisor - Hertfordshire - £30-35,000 plus bonus and benefits

Excellent opportunity for an HR Advisor to join this commercial organisation at a time of growth. Reporting into the HR Business Partner, the focus of the role will be on providing pro-active, high quality HR/ER support to both an operations and corporate customer base of approximately 500.

You will be responsible for the following:-

- Main point of contact for employees providing preliminary HR advice on employee relations
- Maintenance of the HR Case Management system
- Maintain employee records
- Escalate cases where necessary to the Senior HR team.
- Work with line managers to provide guidance to probationary periods
- Revision and implementation of new and existing policies and procedures

You will ideally be:-

- CIPD Qualified or studying towards
- Strong technical Employment Relations grounding
- Good understanding of Employment Law
- Previous experience within a fast paced HR function
- Strong communication skills - both oral and written
- Work to strict deadlines and under time pressures
