Your new role
In your new HR Systems Specialist role, you'll be responsible for managing systems administration tasks related with the core global compensation platform; you'll work with the Global Head of Compensation and key stakeholders to identify system enhancements and liaise with vendors to make improvements and updates to the platform.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this new role, you'll have experience working with HR Information Systems (ideally Workday or another core HR system), will be tech-savvy and analytically-minded. Furthermore, you'll have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

What you'll get in return
In return, you'll receive a competitive £45,000-£55,000 salary plus benefits. Additionally, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely, or if you choose, to work in their London or Surrey offices.
