This is a key high profile role in the business, reporting into the Chief Operating Officer, working within a very experience, credible & personal HR Team. This role is hybrid, with 50 % office based/50% WFH. The Role As the HR Business Partner, will lead the HR function, operating across multiple levels, with a broad scope covering generalist HR and HR project work from inception to delivery. With a good grounding and structure embedded, you will have the autonomy to tackle the key deliverables and, in the future, scope the people strategy. It's a generalist role so no two days will look the same.

Your new role

* Drive delivery of the People Strategy, developing the maturity of the existing HR function and the service it provides to the business
* Understand and interpret HR needs in each department and provide advice from a commercial perspective
* Develop and sustain productive relationships with key stakeholders to become a trusted advisor on all HR matters
* Support the coaching and upskilling of line managers in the development of their people management skills including companywide adoption of our PeopleHR system
* Report out on key HR metrics to the Executive Committee on a monthly
* Create meaningful impact in priority areas such as talent retention, attrition, and employee engagement
* Manage the L&D and Recruitment Budget
* Coach and mentor members of the HR team

What you'll need to succeed

* 3 years + HR Experience at HR Business Partner Level or above.
* Credibility
* Strong problem solving 'can do' approach
* Ability to facilitate and guide junior team members on HR Service Delivery
* CIPD Level 7- Level 5 considered with progression to 7
* Commercially astute
* Integrity and discretion, ensuring confidentiality at all times;
* Ability to inspire confidence and respect at all levels
* Flexible in thinking and approach;
* Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
* Commitment to high standards of presentation (verbal/written) and an unwavering attention to detail;
* Enthusiastic, motivated and solutions-driven;
