Job Details
* Within this role you will help and support the creation of training material
* Create visually aesthetic and on brand training presentations and supporting material and update as and when necessary
* Management of training and advisor material
* Ensure that all training material is available
* Create a delivery file in a fast turnaround time to ensure newcomer business packs are sent to training delegates
* Source new training and incentive collateral when necessary in collaboration with the marketing department
* Update the training and commercial calendar and send invitations
* Book travel and rooms and refreshments for the training dates
* Be the main point of contact for employees and support training session if needed
* Update hierarchy on eLearning
* Send out mail from Training and relevant correspondence to Team Leaders
* Provide slides and content for these events with guidance of the Training Manager
* Attend and facilitate onsite training
* Prepare presentations alongside Training Manager
* Book accommodation and Dining Events in Marketing
* Identify any trends vs previous programmes and calendar dates
* Support Managers and look at ways to streamline processes
* Gather feedback from training needs and how the platform is performing
* Assist in the creation of training, marketing documents and presentations for conferences or internal training courses in collaboration with the marketing department.
The candidate
Previous experience gained within a training/Learning & Development support role (admin/assistant/coordinator)
