Reward Manager/HR Analyst - South Yorkshire - circa £40000 DOE plus bens - hybrid working - 1 or 2 days a week on site

Your new role
As the Reward Manager you will be part of the HR team, playing a key role in the design and delivery of the organisations reward and recognition policies.
Working with the Reward Director and other colleagues in the HR Department you will support the design and delivery of all the cash and non-cash reward and recognition programmes, including salary management, annual bonus, benefits and employee recognition.

You will also be responsible for collating data for a range of reward and recognition processes, using your strong analytical skills to identify trends and spot anomalies in the data.

You will also act as GDPR Champion for the HR Function, becoming an expert in the requirements of the legislation as they impact HR, and ensuring that HR colleagues are regularly updated on their GDPR responsibilities and liaising with the Data Protection Officer as required.

What you'll need to succeed
With previous Reward experience - either as an HR Analyst within a Reward team
or
as an HR generalist with extensive reward experience (annual pay and bonus cycles and ongoing salary management), you will also possess a robust business analysis skill set, along with advanced Excel skills, using pivot tables and lookups daily and possess confidence in using modern BI tools.
You will be familiar with the requirements of GDPR legislation and ideally have experience of managing reward in a public sector environment.
