An exciting opportunity for an HR BP/ HR Manager-6 Month FTC, could lead to permanent, within a fast-paced, commercial, global matrix organisation.

Your new role
An exciting job opportunity for an HR BP / HR Manager-6 Month FTC (could lead to permanent), you will report to the HR Director for Europe and have 1 direct report into you and will be part of a larger, global HR team, responsible for both strategic and operational HR duties.
Responsibilities will include:
Succession planning
Rolling out and driving the employee opinion survey, analysing the feedback and supporting senior stakeholders with implementing employee engagement initiatives.
Organising and hosting the UK wide HR initiatives meeting
Managing all generalist HR operational duties, including performance management, flexible working requests, the appraisal process.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR BP or HR Manager, within a fast-paced, commercial, global matrix organisation. You must have both strategic and operational HR experience, managing succession planning, employee opinion surveys and employee engagement initiatives. You will ideally be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent. You will ideally be able to start with no more than two weeks notice.
