With five world-renowned hospitals, Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (ICH) is full of opportunity if you are looking to develop your career.
ICH employs 13,000 people and provides care for over a million and a half patients from North West London and beyond every year. We have a rich heritage and an ambitious vision for the future of our patients and local communities.
We’re ready to implement our holistic, values-led, person-centred conflict resolution framework at Imperial, and we’re looking for an inspirational leader to take this work forward.
Leading our resolution unit including our central Investigations team, you’ll be an expert investigator, with substantial experience of complex and sensitive employee relations casework under your belt, including investigating concerns around bullying, harassment and discrimination. You’ll also be passionate about informal, early resolution, sorting things out in a collaborative and kinder way, and supporting and persuading others to have courageous conversations.
Culture change doesn’t happen overnight, and it’s important that we in the People and OD team evolve to meet this challenge. We’re therefore looking for a brilliant communicator and employee relations expert who can continue the work we’ve started around overhauling our policies, templates and the way we do business, in partnership with our trade union colleagues.
You’ll also lead our employee relations forums and design and run development sessions in this area, embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the People and OD team.
For an informal chat about this important role please contact Divisional Director of People for Employee Relations, Fiona Percival - you can obtain Fiona's contact details by clicking on the apply button.
