I am currently working with a well-known and growing Regulatory Body based in London who are looking for an Interim Senior HR Business Partner as soon as possible. This is a project focussed role where you will support Project Leaders in reviewing the performance management system, reviewing HR policies and a structural review.
The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced HR Business Partner who is available immediately or at short notice. You will have experience of supporting on: -
- consultation and engagement in regard to performance management;
- updating policies and ensuring they are fit for purpose;
- reviewing structures to ensure efficiencies.
This role reports to at Assistant Director of HR and will pay in the range of £270 to £350 per day through an umbrella company. The contract duration is expected to be 6 months and candidates will be expected to undertake a DBS check in advance of starting the position unless one has been done within the last 6 months.
You will be based remotely in the first instance but hybrid-working (2 to 3 days per week in the office) may be required from September.
