As a Recruitment Advisor, working in a supportive team, you will be involved with the end-to-end recruitment for the whole organisation with focus on a business-critical project.
You will advise hiring managers on recruitment processes and selection tools and guide candidates through the process from start to finish, ensuring that they have a good experience.
As the successful candidate, you will have previous experience gained within a recruitment or resourcing based role (agency or in-house) and have proven success in dealing with high volume, fast passed recruitment campaigns. You will be creative and passionate about recruitment and have a good understanding of Social Media as a recruitment tool. As someone who consistently looks to improve processes and increase efficiencies, you will be focussed, a team player and possess well developed organisation skills. As stakeholder management is key, you will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to build relationships quickly.
This is an excellent chance to join this organisation on an initial interim (12-18 month) basis which in return offers a competitive salary & benefits package including some remote working.
