Your new company
This large and always growing organisation are keen to bring onboard a HR Advisor for a minimum of 6 months to help cover a maternity post. The role is a generalist and advisory post which covers all areas of HR. The role will be remote working with some travel to the central Birmingham office.
Your new role
This role will be providing advice and guidance to line managers within the organisation on policies and procedures which includes performance, sickness, conduct, discipline etc. including TUPE transfers and consultations, you will be working in collaboration with HRBPs and the rest of the HR team to deliver a great service and develop excellent customer service skills. You will also need to provide advice and guidance on immigration issues and very complex enquiries.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you will need to be an experienced HR Advisor who is either immediately available or on a short notice period. You will ideally have public sector experience and are happy to travel into central Birmingham on occasion to visit the offices.
