Reward Partner

Your new company
This large Birmingham based organisation are looking to bring on board a permanent Reward Partner to join their team. The organisation is based in central Birmingham and easily accessible. This role will be mostly home working however would require travel to the offices for meetings and events etc. They are looking for someone who has a background in reward and recognition who is looking to join a changing and innovative organisation.

Your new role
The main purpose of this role is to develop and implement a reward and recognition strategy across the organisation. You will also be responsible for reviewing, designing and implementing job evaluation framework that will provide a foundation for future policies within the organisation. You will be conducting all job evaluations including processes and process improvement. You will also be reviewing the job grading structure to check everything is in line and correct.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will need to be highly experienced in Reward and Recognition and have worked previously within Reward. You will ideally have worked in a Public sector organisation before, but this is not essential. You will need to be able to travel to central Birmingham when required and also be able to work remotely.
