HR Assistant

Your new company
This rapidly growing organisation are looking to expand their HR team and are now recruiting for three permanent HR Assistants to join their team. They are looking for candidates who have previously had exposure to a HR team and worked within one before. It would be an added bonus if you have studied HR previously as well or are very keen to get into the field of HR.

Your new role
This role will include all areas of HR and will be a very generalist role where you can expand you knowledge and learn lots about the field of HR. You will be dealing with the recruitment administration, helping out with Learning and development areas, creating contracts on employment, dealing with E-learning for new starters across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will need some prior experience in HR and worked within the field previously, you will be looking for a full time permanent role and be able to travel to the Oldbury site 3 days a week and then work remotely the other 2 days. Ideally you will be on a short notice period or immediately available as they are keen to get people on board quickly.
