Permanent opportunity for a HR Advisor based in Loughton £28/30k

Your new company
A HR Advisor is required for an SME organisation based in Loughton with around 200 employees.. You will provide advice to managers and staff on a range of HR topics, reporting to the HR Manager

Your new role
You will provide first line advice to managers and staff within the group on a wide range of HR queries that include policy and employee relations. You will own and manage the on boarding and off boarding of all staff, create employee contracts and support the HR Manager. Other duties will include note taking in meetings and producing reports on key HR metrics to support business performance to achieve objectives. You will ensure the company is operating within legal guidelines ensuring all legalisation is met.
This is an exciting opportunity with a lot of scope to get involved in projects such as the implementation of a new HRIS system.


What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience of working within Human Resources at an Advisor or Officer level. You will have had some exposure to providing advice to managers and staff on a range of HR issues. You will have good knowledge of best practice and employment law as well as demonstrable experience of working with confidential information. Strong communication skills are essential as is a good eye for detail

What you'll get in return
This role offers a starting salary of £28/30k
20 days holiday & Bank holidays. Raising each year with an additional day off for your birthday.
Working hours are 40 per week between the hours of 8am and 6pm some flexibility is required. This is an office based position and candidates must be comfortable working within the office when restrictions are lifted.
