IMMEDIATE START - Recruitment Administrator - Warrington. 37.5 hour week

Your new company

Working for one of Europe's largest sports retailer, my client is seeking a professional Recruitment administrator to join their busy team for a 6 month period.

Your new role

To provide full time administration support to the recruitment function to support business expansion and growing recruitment need.
Some of your duties will include but not limited too

Generating contracts for new starters
Communicating on boarding to new starters and collating returned paperwork.
Requesting and monitoring reference checks on all selected candidates
Post and monitor vacancies via our careers site and supporting advertising sites
Booking interviews and associated administration
Supporting candidate generation through internal and external networks, provide initial screening of CVs
Support with administration and attendance for recruitment events across the UK in line with the recruitment calendar
Reviewing and shortlisting applications
Liaising with store management teams to drive & progress vacancies
Ensuring the correct right to work checks have been completed.

What you'll need to succeed

Excellent organisation skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good use of Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
Previous exposure to an office environment in an administration capacity
Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Able to work independently and in a team
Proactive and conscientious
