Your new company
A reputable and rapidly growing/expanding national company is looking to recruit a new role of HR Systems Manager. The organisation has multiple sites around the UK and have united under one group identity and culture - with a strategic plan with excellence at its heart of both customer and internal relationships.

Your new role
This is a new role within the HR Services Team / Group HR function (which provides payroll, recruitment and HR administrative support to circa 2000 colleagues across all the group's businesses.)

The HR Systems Manager will be responsible for the management of all third-party HR systems. This will include; workflow and process monitoring, configuration management, data integrity, management of the company hierarchy within all HR systems, producing complex data queries, and the production / analysis / presentation of all Group and Divisional People data for board level presentation.

This role has responsibility for the data security of all the HR systems, and particularly any data leaving HR systems.
There will be a requirement to work collaboratively with the Group IT department regarding the links between HR systems and other dependant systems across the Group, as well as with the third-party suppliers.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have Experience of functional management of IT systems
Data Analytics - MUST HAVE experience with Power BI
Managing API and data feeds between systems

Ideally you will have:
Knowledge of HR systems e.g. HR and payroll, LMS, ATS
Knowledge of HR data metrics and how to calculate these.

For the right person, this role can be based ANYWHERE in the UK as they have sites within the group UK wide/ or remotely - as long as you have the ability to travel UK wide and visit the various sites of the group intermittently.
Ideally 1 day a month is required at their site in North Nottinghamshire where the HR Services Team and management sit.
