Waddington Brown is delighted to be working in partnership with this established, independent and highly successful organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner. Reporting to the HR Director, you would be partnered with designated departments, providing high level expert HR advice, guidance and support to both managers and employees.
The role works actively with the HR Director supporting the organisations culture change initiative and other HR projects, designing and delivering training, and ensuring that procedures are implemented in line with best practice and legislation.
As a member of the management team you will be expected to role model collaborative behaviours and actively encourage cross functional working. Supporting your designated managers to deliver key people management functions including performance management, talent management, ER casework, recruitment and selection and structural change processes whilst taking an active role in reward and internal communications.
As the successful candidate you are likely to be CIPD qualified, have a good understanding of employment law and be able to demonstrate your capability in generalist HR. Ideally you will have some experience of implementing L&D initiatives and HR systems. You are proactive, motivated and a team player with a genuine desire for success and self-development.
