This is a national organisation with various divisions and service provisions. Working towards contract delivery to government initiatives.

Your new role
This role is managing the a new programme - 3rd party contracts / service provision and its people strategy and generalist operations.

Reporting to the Divisional Head of HR, and supervising a HR Advisor, your role will be challenging, varied and fast paced. A

The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for providing business-focussed generalist HR advice, guidance and interventions across a geographical area and collection of operational programmes / departments.

Duties will primarily focus on the professional areas of Performance & Reward, Employee Relations, Resource &Talent Planning and Organisational Design - being the main POC for your stakeholders (mainly Senior and Operational Managers)

You will also contribute to and support the implementation of Employee Engagement and Organisational Development activities,along with ensuring they liaise effectively with the HR Services team to ensure that all contractual administration and payroll activities can be delivered accurately and on time.

As this is a new programme and service provision the role can change focus and get involved in project HR work rapidly so is suitable for a creative, resilient and agile individual.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have a solid background in HR management/business partnering, ER, generalist HR work, restructures, TUPE and recruitment/talent management.
Ideally be a Chartered Member of the CIPD) - or an Associate Member working towards (or immediate aspirations to work towards) Chartered Membership Status.
