Senior HR Advisor

Your new company
This extremely busy and growing organisation based in Wolverhampton are looking to bring on board a Senior HR Advisor as quickly as possible. They are looking for someone on a temporary to permanent basis ideally to be working remotely with occasional travel to the Wolverhampton site after September.

Your new role
This role will be focusing on supporting the HR Operations team including HR OD and change management. You will be delivering a strategic and operational service to the wider business, including key stakeholders. You will be expected to support the various teams on a number of projects and activities to ensure timely and effectively delivery. You will be supervising and guiding the HR Advisors in the team and helping with ER casework.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need to be either immediately available or on a short notice period, you will need to be highly experienced in HR generalist/HR Advisor/Senior roles previously. Ideally you will have prior public sector experience within these roles and be looking for a new role on a temporary to permanent basis.
