With your strong knowledge of LMS integration and people development technologies, you’ll be organised and logical. You’ll direct the ways that learning is designed, delivered and evaluated in line with LMS capabilities. As an excellent communicator, you’ll inform senior leaders of where the knowledge gaps are – and influence change. Not only that, but you’ll lead with integrity and in accordance with Met values.
To join, you’ll be adept at getting the most from new technologies and talent management tools, preferably Cornerstone OnDemand. Experience with training and certifications in the public sector is essential. As is a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
