An important regulatory body based in London are currently looking for an immediately available Job Evaluation consultant to join them at the Assistant HR Business Partner level as soon as possible.  The role will pay between £180 to £200 per day through an umbrella company and will be home-based.

The ideal candidate will have experience of:

  • Job Evaluation
  • Job Grading
  • Job Description Design / Drafting
  • Experience of using the Civil Service JEGS (Job Evaluation Grading Scheme)

The organisation is currently going through a restructure, so this role is extremely important in supporting the transformation project.
