2 month Recruitment Manager role for a Healthcare organisation, to work from home paying £30-34.50 per hour.

Your new company
You will be working for a Healthcare organisation in London, as an Interim Recruitment Change Manager, until September. The role is home based, 35 hours per week, 7 hours per day. Hourly pay rate is £30 per hour via PAYE or £34.50 per hour via Umbrella company.

Your new role
Reporting to a Head of Recruitment and working closely with another Recruitment Manager, you will support during a time of significant change and restructure across the organisation. Main priorities will be to oversee the Recruitment Team, ensuring roles are being prioritised correctly, acting as escalation point and supporting the team with end to end recruitment campaigns where needed.

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates must be autonomous and able to hit the ground running, with experience of working for Public Sector organisations. You must be able to start immediately or within 1 week.
